Summer Break

The Falcons will not be holding regular Saturday morning practices for he remainder of July and for the month of August.  Enjoy your summer break!  See you in September for the beginning of basketball season!!

Golf this Saturday

This Saturday we will be learning about and playing golf at the Twin Lakes Driving Range (6201 Union Mill Road  Clifton, VA 20124).  We have a local golf pro, John Nicholas, leading practice.  He will be bringing his adapted golf cart.  For more information about him, please visit his website (http://adaptedgolf.wordpress.com/bio/). 

Practice will be from 9-11am. Make sure to bring your water bottle!!

New T-Shirts

The new team t-shirts are ready.  They look great! Cassells did a great job cleaning up the old logo for the team.

Lacrosse Clinic this Saturday

This Saturday we will be playing lacrosse at the James Lee Community Center from 9-11am. We have two people leading practice that played lacrosse in college and for the Dutch National team. To see pictures of the lacrosse clinic held last year, click here.
