Practice this Saturday will be held at Lake Accotink Park (7500 Accotink Park Rd. Springfield, VA 22150). We will be geocaching again! Please arrive on time, dress appropriately, and bring lots of water. We will meet near the snack bar area. If you have a GPS unit the team can use, please bring it. We will also discuss the practices for the remainder of the summer. See you there!

Geocaching This Saturday!
This Saturday the Falcons will hold practice at James Lee Community Center (2855 Annandale Road, Falls Church, VA 22042). We will have indoor and outdoor activities. One activity that we will be doing is geocaching. Geocaching is a scavenger hunt using GPS units. If you have a GPS unit that the Falcons can use this Saturday, please let us know. See you there!!

Track and field practice this Saturday, June 5th will be held at Falls Church High School (7521 Jaguar Trail, Falls Church, VA 22042) from 9-11am. Please arrive on time and bring plenty of water.
