No Practice - May 29th

Practice will not be held this Saturday, May 29th, due to the holiday weekend. Our next track and field practice is on June 5th.

Track and field practice on May 15th has been CANCELLED. The next practice will be on May 22nd.

President's Challenge

The team has already collectively logged over 26,000 points for the President's Challenge. Keep up the good work!

Track & Field Begins!

This Saturday (May 1st) is the first track and field practice of the season. Practice will be held at Lake Braddock Secondary School (9200 Burke Lake Rd. Burke, VA 22015) on the track from 9-11 am. Please bring a water bottle and dress appropriately.

Up to the Challenge

This spring/summer the Falcons will be participating in the President's Challenge Physical Activity and Fitness Awards Program. The program encourages all Americans to be active in their daily lives and promotes physical fitness. Participants log in individual activities and earn points based on the amount of energy burned. As a team, our goal is to reach 2 million points by the end of the summer.
